Returns & Refund Policy

At Porseto, we want you to feel confident and happy with your purchase.

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please review our returns policy below.

Return Period

We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unworn, unused, and unwashed
• In original condition
• With all original tags attached
• In the original packaging where possible

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

Change of Mind Returns

We accept returns for change of mind within 14 days of delivery.

Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Please include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.

If approved, we will offer a replacement, exchange, store credit, or refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Items Not Eligible for Return

The following items cannot be returned unless faulty:

• Final sale items
• Gift cards
• Items marked as non-returnable
• Items that have been worn, washed, damaged, altered, or are missing tags

For hygiene reasons, certain accessories may also be non-returnable.

Exchanges

We currently recommend placing a new order for the item you would like and returning the original item for a refund or store credit once approved.

This helps ensure the item you want does not sell out while your return is being processed.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.

Please allow 3–7 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change of mind returns.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Porseto is not responsible for returns lost in transit.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

You are entitled to a replacement, repair, or refund for items that are faulty, not as described, or do not meet consumer guarantees.
